Academic Support & Customer Service Consultant
We envision you in this role:
Coordinate effective communication among students, parents, and teachers.
Monitor student learning progress in real-time and adjust study plans accordingly.
Observe and track teaching progress, provide comprehensive student guidance, and offer timely counseling and resolution for any issues that arise.
Arrange, supervise, coordinate, communicate, and adjust teachers’ workloads.
Establish and reinforce various rules and systems to help students develop good learning habits.
Manage student affairs and maintain parent relationships, receive parent visits, handle parent complaints, conduct regular phone follow-ups, and promptly resolve any unexpected teaching issues.
Uphold and protect the corporate image.
We expect you to have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education or English; fluent English speaking and listening skills, with strong and proficient English writing abilities; a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
Effective communication skills, divergent thinking, and an open-minded attitude.
Excellent consulting and student mentoring abilities.
Flexibility in handling tasks, with the capacity to manage stress and emergencies promptly.
A genuine love for children and concern for their healthy development.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Good team spirit.
Prior experience in service or education fields is preferred. Capable fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
